I started formally studying Agile in 2010 and was applying its principles (with lots of failures) at work.
I was immediately drawn to it's simplicity, empowerment, and ability to make things awesome!
What Is Agile? A mindset for clear prioritization, a thirst for continuous improvement, and the creation of a environment where one can fail quickly and learn quickly.
There is a Manifesto, principles and frameworks, but if you can live the things I mentioned above it is a good start.
I have used many of the Agile principles and frameworks at work and have started to experience "Being Agile" rather then "Doing Agile"
Now I am applying this knowledge at home to help myself, my wife and our 3 kids be Agile
This blog is about the journey of "Being Agile" at work and at home.
